Peter Chang China Cafe is run by chef Peter Chang. He does well to bring the variety of Szechuan flavor from China into his restaurant's food. The dishes are authentic and the restaurant serves a good portion of food  to be shared, just like you would in a family. Cumin shrimp, baked cod fish with asparagus and baked lamb chop are a few of the many delights that await you at Peter Chang China Cafe.
