I started Moonlark after 15 years working professional IT — everything from Apple and Windows environments to networks, security, and cloud platforms. I got tired of watching people wait days for a callback or box up their computer and drive it to a counter, so I built something different: I come to you. I cover IT comprehensively, and then some — building and setting up websites, running and organizing all your network wiring, installing phone systems, setting up computers for your home or business, wiring security cameras and video surveillance, and backing up your data so you're never caught off guard. Whatever the problem is, chances are I can handle it. I find the real cause instead of a quick patch, then explain what happened in plain English. No contracts, no jargon, no upselling you into something bigger than you need. Homes and small businesses across Iowa City, Coralville, Cedar Rapids, and the surrounding Corridor — if something's broken, I'll fix it right the first time.
