E-RON WA provides remote online notarization for clients throughout Washington State, allowing documents to be signed and notarized without an in-person visit. Appointments are available Sunday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific, with evening and additional hours available upon request. Every session is handled personally by our own commissioned notary, never routed through a call center, so clients work directly with the same team from booking through completion. Pricing is transparent and quoted in advance, with a flat rate of $35 for a standard single-document appointment. We are equally comfortable managing a straightforward acknowledgment or a multi-signer closing with several documents, and we take pride in remaining calm and attentive should a session grow complex. Estate planning and other multi-document packages are welcome and quoted ahead of time, so clients know the total cost before their appointment begins.
