Where Magpies Gather creates customizable luxury food and hospitality experiences designed to bring people together. We don't simply cater an event—we create the moment everyone gathers around. Interactive hospitality. Guests aren’t just handed a plate. My carts become part of the event—Cannoli in Flight, curated charcuterie, crème brûlée, s’mores, fruit, flowers and other customizable concepts. Luxury without feeling stuffy. My aesthetic is elevated and editorial, but the experience itself is warm, approachable and Southern. Customization is central to the brand. Instead of offering one fixed catering package, you can tailor the menu, toppings, styling, signage, florals and presentation around the couple, company or event. I create conversation pieces. The cart isn't simply where the food sits—it becomes something guests gather around, photograph and remember. You bridge catering and experiential events. You occupy a space between traditional catering, mobile food service and event entertainment.
