Maestro Music Group, LLC d/b/a The Maestro Collective is a music education, worship ministry, and leadership development organization serving schools, churches, and artistic communities in Houston and beyond. Founded by conductor, clinician, and minister Phil O'Neal, we are built on one conviction: music is not merely performance - it is formation. The Maestro Formation System develops independent musicians, strong ensembles, and confident leaders through sequential literacy, kinesthetic learning, and culturally connected audiation. With over two decades in choral education, worship leadership, and ministry, we equip educators and worship communities to pursue excellence through process. We don't just teach music. We form musicians.
