Good location. Rooms well-designed and very well-lit. We are readers and were glad we had a room in which we could read easily. Staff friendly and helpful. They have a big complimentary breakfast that is available for hours and has a lot of food choices. Coffee/tea available all day. They are adjacent to another Hyatt property, Lowline Hotel, that has an excellent restaurant and gives guests at Hyatt House a 10% discount.
