With more than 25 years of musical experience and two decades of private teaching, I offer personalized violin and viola in-person and virtual lessons in a supportive studio. I hold performance degrees from James Madison University and the Longy School of Music of Bard College, where I studied with Dmitri Murrath. I use Suzuki-based methods with beginners and tailor pacing, repertoire, and exercises to each student’s needs and goals. Intermediate and advanced students receive focused guidance in technique, tone, intonation, expression, auditions, and ensemble preparation. My experience includes the Kennedy Center, music festivals, orchestras, chamber groups, and solo engagements. I also provide professional recording, mixing, and mastering services.
