We had a wondeful family dinner at Mare Restaurant last Saturday.The beautiful decoration,relaxed and quality of the food were all excellent, but what truly made our experience was the hospitality. Leandro, the Manager, personally brought our food to the table and went above and beyond for our children.When we asked for fruit plate, he genuinely replied, it is my pleasure to prepare it for you right away, and returned with it within minutes. His elegante, warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for our family were remarkable.He also made a special effort to interact with our children, which made the experience even more memorable. Leandro, you are excepcional and truly represent hospitality at its highest level. More Restaurant is fortunate to hace a manager Who understands that understanding service is not Just about the food- it is about making guests genuinely cared for.

This hotel is a total joke, and I’m surprised Marriott has put its name on it. Operationally, it just doesn’t work - the basics. Forget about the details/touches. Don’t come here expecting more than a 2.5 stars, 3 stars at best. I could not get clean cups and complementary tea bags replaced. I mean not really asking for much here. I would’ve expected these to be replaced by housekeeping, standard procedures. I had to call guest services 3 times, as well as the front desk. For tea bags! It’s almost like no one understands English. The layout is inconvenient and you have to transfer through a staging floor to get to your floor. Pool area is uninspiring. The only positive thing about the hotel is the location, however rooms are small and feel cramped and outdated (and apparently I was ‘upgraded’ due to my status). I do not recommend and will not be coming back.

On Tuesday, September 22,2026,my husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Mare Restaurant; when our preferred wine was unavailable by the glass, the Manager Leandro personally assisted us with exceptional courtesy and professionalism, despite the restaurant being very busy. As a thoghtful gesture, he surprised us with two glasses of Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc, which we absolutely loved. This personalized attention made our evening truly memorable and is a wonderful example of genuine luxury hospitality. Special recognition to our server Andres for his attentive and polished service.

BRICKELL Arch Luxury Collection! A name to be remembered when booking Miami hotel.Room was spacious, separated bathtub/ shower, nice decoration! Location is very good! But, the best part of the hotel is the front desk staff! Marilyn, and the gentleman who was working in the morning today, were outstanding!

This property gave us an an upgrade and sent some wonderful amenities during our anniversary! The room was clean and the staff was excellent. We will be back. Thank you!
