I stay at many small value-based motels and this is a rare gem that I will return to in the future. Located on the north side of Fort Collins, CO it is easily accessed from local highways. An older smaller motel with extensive renovations (some still occurring during my stay). Great parking & a bright and cheerful office. The Host John was very polite, smiling and professional with easy check-in. My room was surprisingly great for such a value price. A very fresh unscented smell when I entered the space, extremely clean & with excellent furniture. Washed cloth covering over lounge chair (nice touch). New bathroom fixtures & tile - with the best chalking work I've even seen in a remodeled older room. The bed, shower, toilet, sink, heat/AC system all very good. Nice pillows. Pretty busy local street during the day but was quiet all night. I left early, but there is someone in the office 24hrs to check me out. It was so nice that I sent pictures of the room to my friends to see.
