Hi! My name is Synthia, I am a birth and postpartum doula. I am also a mom of 3. I became a doula to provide support to families, to help educate them, guide and advocate for them. A birth doula is evidence based support, helping to ease labor trauma, ensure informed consent, and to help achieve a satisfactory birth. As a postpartum doula, I provide in home physical and mental support for families while they acclimate to having a new baby and to ease the transition into parenthood.
