The Forge is more than a sauna—it's a place to reconnect, recharge, and build community. Located at The Home Farm in Longmont, Colorado, we combine the authentic experience of a rustic, wood-fired barrel sauna with the invigorating benefits of cold plunging in a unique farm setting. What makes us different is our focus on the complete experience. We bring together heat and cold therapy, nature, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection. Whether you're looking to support recovery, relieve everyday stress, challenge yourself, or simply enjoy time away from the noise of daily life, The Forge offers a welcoming space to reset. Our vision goes beyond traditional sauna services. We are building a community centered on wellness, movement, outdoor recreation, workshops, yoga, private gatherings, corporate experiences, and shared adventures. We believe strength is built through both challenge and stillness, and that wellness is better when experienced together. We also plan to dedicate 10% of company profits to tree planting and environmental restoration. Come experience the heat, embrace the cold, and discover something different. The Forge — Forged by fire. Strengthened by community. Rooted in nature.
