Who you're calling Baysic Tech Solutions is a one-person shop in Waco, which means the person who answers the phone is the person who does the work and the person who has to make it right. I run my own infrastructure at home — firewalled and segmented network, a storage server, and game servers with real players on them who notice immediately when something breaks. Everything I'd set up for your business is something I already run and maintain myself. The name is a promise about how I explain things, not about the depth of the work. You'll get told what failed, what it costs, and what your options are, without being talked down to and without being sold something you didn't need.
