I have Always had a passion for cooking growing up due to having a large family. The desire has never stopped, but after to living on my own for several years, there was no need to cook\bake large portions. Once I became involved in student ministry is when the door swung back open to cooking large portions now incorporating many desserts for students throughout the years. With a hyper focus on baking, the joy of creating artisan bread and sweet treats for the public is the reason why I decided to create something more and operate as a Texas Cottage Food Baker.
