No hot water for the shower. If it goes on one specific setting (see pic) for 10 minutes, you can get lukewarm water. I talked to two other guests who had this issue. It's a known issue with the front desk. I had Asian Lady Beetles in my room. These are biting insects. I had them remove them the first night.The pub next door allowed people to party outside until 11:00 pm. Goodbye sleep.Breakfast isn't really available except by some mysterious voucher.Comfortable pillows and nice staff though.

I booked this room and then looked at the reviews and they scared me to death because many of them were awful, but when I got here I was pleasantly surprised because the hotel was great. The room was just as described with a separate bedroom and a large living area with a couch. Everything was spotlessly clean. The service was wonderful. When I checked in, I did get a room that I hadn’t booked, but it was very easy to get. It changed to the one that I had selected. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel

Awful. The worst experience I’ve ever experienced at any hotel I’ve ever been to. We checked in shortly before midnight. Got into our room, the room smelled of mold! Said to myself, maybe the ac just needed to turn down. The smell never went away. Went to take a shower after a long drive, the water was ice cold. Went down to alert the front desk, they put us in 5 different rooms and all had COLD WATER. The next morning, same thing! They said they fixed the issue, the issue was never fixed.

I prepaid for a stay here to happen June 16-19. When we arrived we were informed the air conditioning was not working and the water was shut off. As I result, free cancellations were offered, which we accepted and booked at another Hilton property. Because we had prepaid, the front desk agent recommended we call Hilton customer service to get the ball rolling on the refund. After four calls over three months, our refund has still not been processed because the hotel management refuses to respond to Hilton customer service inquiries.

Came into Minneapolis for a Vikings game. Parking was easy right attached to the hotel. Could not book parking through the app- had to get a ticket. 64 dollars for two nights. Not bad, parking seemed safe, no issues. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Good location for downtown. Caribou coffee was right around the corner in the same block. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.The room was okay. Had to slam the bathroom to close it. It needs work. The hot water in the shower was extremely hard to dial in. Booked a King Suite- it did not come with bedding for the pull out- got a blanket from the front desk. No biggie. Toilet had very little pressure. Room lacked a full length mirror. Otherwise the room as adequate all things considered. Hotel wasn’t too noisy for a weekend. Pillows were nice, bed comfortable.Small nitpicks- outlets wouldn’t hold charging bricks well. The phone charger/USB combo didn’t work in the suite room. Would probably stay again. Highly recommend being a Hilton Honors member for the free cookies.
