Chevy's Fresh Mex is truly a family restaurant and grill with lots of great menu items (for the kids too), a fun atmosphere and wonderfully decorative decor. Seating is plentiful in this Mexican-American establishment. Southwestern decor is everywhere, even the neon over the bar. The menu provides something for everyone. Fill your fajitas with mushrooms, Chimayo salmon or mesquite chicken. Try a hand rolled tamale, spicy quesadilla or crunchy taco salad. Don't skip dessert, Chevy's offers many specialties sure to please one and all. The bar features a variety of flavored margaritas and choice Mexican beers.
