Clean and comfortable hotel. Quick check-in and airport shuttle arrived on time at 430am. There was a bar and food available in the lobby.

MoreAlthough the hotel is currently undergoing reworking, reflected in the pricing, it's excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Transport between the hotel and airport can be quickly arranged. Food (impressive burgers etc can be arranged whilst you sip wine at the bar.
MoreWe loved our experience at the Hyatt Place Minneapolis Airport South. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the airport, Mall of America and the Minneapolis light rail system. What really stood out was the quality of the customer service. We had an early flight into MSP. We went to the hotel just hoping to store our bags while we went to the Mall of America to kill time. The young lady who took care of us bent over backwards to get us into a room right away. The person who really stood out was the shuttle driver, Vick. He went out of his way to get us to and from wherever we needed to be, and made us feel special.
MoreThis facility is at a convenient location for what we do -- arrive in the area by AMTRAK and then rent a car, in our case to go to Rochester, MN. We ride Lyft or Uber from St Paul station and then ride a street car to the Lindburgh Terminal where the car rentals are. This is a smaller and older (we think) facility than the nearby Embassy Suites but sometimes is a preferred choice because of the smaller size; we've been at Embassy when it hosted kids' group(s) that dominated the breakfast area and/or the elevators. In a nutshell, this is an adequate facility that is reasonably priced and convenient to the airport.
