beauty and the beast was wonderful! very friendly staff and great performance. would definitely come again. parking on the street is only $2.50 for 2 and a half hours!

Too expensive, hostile employees, and aggressively unhelpful customer service. Enough said! Plenty of better theaters in the Cities at these prices.

The Southern theater is an old building. It's interior looks like it was demolished years ago, and left as is. It's a small venue but the seats have good sight lines. It is sloped enough so that the person in front of you does not obstruct your view.The sound is not all that great.They do sell beverages in the lobby and you are allowed to bring them into the theater.Patking is available in the hotel ramp next door.

The Southern Theater is a simply gorgeous theatre venue. The Southern doesn't produce it's own work, which means you get a large variety of theatre and dance companies with the occasional music concert. The space is in a historical building close to many bars and restaurants. If you don't want to cross the street for a drink, no worries! They have a small bar at the space! Parking on the street is free after 6pm so it's usually easy to find a spot without paying cash. Always a great experience! Check out ARTshare!!

I love the theater and it's a space that is rented so you get a wide variety of shows. The theater has exposed brick as the backdrop and the seating is comfortable.
