Every morning our crew arrives at the bakery at 4:00 am to begin the long process of making doughs and sweets from scratch. We mill our own wheat, sweeten our breads with either honey or molasses and add the freshest ingredients we can buy. It is truly a labor of love. Our passion is baking and we know that after tasting our breads and sweets, you'll be hooked.
