Unfortunately, typical public schools don't offer the variety of learning techniques students need. If you're looking for a school that takes a different approach to learning in the Rochester, MN area, Rosa Parks Charter High School is the place for your student. Rosa Parks is more than just a school. It's a community of dedicated teachers who realize that every student learns differently because every student is unique.
