We walked 35 minutes to get to the store after we read about it in a local Rochester brochure. I had test ran all morning at the Mayo Clinic so the walk was quite long, reminding you it was also blistering hot outside. I asked the lady behind the counter if I could please use the restroom in the store. She replied, No public restroom in the store, the closest one is another block down the street. Then she continued to further her conversation with another employee regarding her Summer Home while we were standing there in disbelief that she denied me to use the restroom in the store after telling her I had a series of test performed earlier in the morning. For a town that caters to patients visiting primarily for physical medical problems at the Mayo Clinic she was extremely rude, very brash and so discourteous. We immediately left, called for a ride back to our hotel and will not be returning to that store.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Owner was rude and disrespectful. Avoid this business it is not worth the experience.

So many fun, unique gifts & trinkets at reasonable prices.... love both locations. Staff always friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond.

Great unique little shoppe. Unbelievable how much stuff they have from the look of outside... Had a great time and bought some fun stuff. 9 year old daughter loved it too. Will be back again.

This place is so cute. They've got an odd collection of items ranging from jewelry to your favorite team water bottles. You could get lost in looking at everything and an hour could fly by without you even noticing. The one down side is that they do not offer a public restroom and if you are going to look at everything there, you might need to use the restroom. They won't even let you use an employee bathroom - maybe they don't have one???Still, cute place. I even found a little fan that plugs into an iPhone for $4.99. Very clever.
