I participated in the yoga adventure to Iceland Nov 2021 and had a blast! Arrangements and accomodations were great. Daily yoga practice in the morning prepared us for the afternoon adventures. Hot springs, whale watching, horse back riding, hiking, volcano tours, more hot springs, it was amazing! Don't let the yoga part scare you, it is a fantastic compliment to the adventure.See you out there.

There are all kinds of classes available at Yoga North, for the entire family - but my personal favorites are the restorative and therapeutic sessions. I have back issues and the sessions really help me to focus on the areas that are tense using my muscles to work out more kinks than a massage would. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about helping people attain and maintain great physical and mental health. There are many resources available for purchase as well to complement the work in the studio. The atmosphere is warm and inviting for beginners and advances yogis alike.
