My daughter mistakenly purchased a gift certificate for Christmas from Duluth pack. Within 24 hours requested the gift certificate be refunded. Company will not refund the money due to company policy. They basically stole her Christmas money. Terrible customer service..

I had a really bad customer service experience that I was extremely disappointed with. I traveled quite a ways to visit the shop and I'm still bothered by how rude the interaction was. This ain't me clutching my pearls...I'm mad. I'm afraid I can't recommend this shop for now. Go to the other place...they were polite and professional.

This company is actively working to destroy the area that built their business. They support MINING of the BWCA, the same area their products are designed to enjoy.

Was able to pick-up the water bottle I wanted and a shirt for my father day gifts. Great store and like the remodel.

Fantastic storefront for their famous handcrafted packs and lots of other leather goods. Added to that a good mix of clothes, sporting goods and accessories, you can easily spend a couple of hours. Don’t forget that they make the leather product themselves and you can have anything customized!
