Passing through Pine Island on way to Berne Pizza and decided to stop and check it out. Local hangout, maybe half a dozen people in there seated around a U shaped bar layout with one female bartender. This was on a Wed. afternoon.One seasoned citizen (obviously a regular) order a cocktail. I watched the bartender as she proceeded to hold the bar glass with her hand, scoop ice from the ice bin, add ingredients to the glass, pop it onto the mixing tin and shake. She then took that same glass and flipped it around and used the bottom of it as a strainer for the cocktail glass. She then rooted around for a cherry and another garnish with her bare hands and added them to the drink.Had my one overpriced bottle of beer and left. Either the bartender is too lazy to use a strainer and tongs or the bar is too cheap to shell out for a strainer and tongs.Disgusting.

Certainly nothing all that fancy, but the atmosphere was nice. A decent friendly crowd, and the place was decently clean with good drinks at a good price.
