Albert Lea's Community Theatre is in it's 57th season! with all local talent in the plays. Roger & Hammerstein's Cinderella Opening Night is Thursday, June 18th. The music, dancing and lyrics will have you wanting to dance in the aisles and singing the songs for days to come. A live orchestra of very talented muscians accompanies the play.Very top notch performances with experienced and novice actors all from Albert Lea and neighboring towns. There is so much talent here - from all walks of life: from doctors and nurses, to shop keepers, bankers, teachers, and students of all ages. All dedicated volunteers -- in the true sense of 'Volunteer'. Four plays a year are performed: Autumn, Christmas time, Winter and early Summer. If you visit Albert Lea, be sure to include a night at the theater for a great play -- you will remember it for a long time.

It was a girls day out. There were 8 of us total and it was a full house. It was an amazing production. There is a lot of talent in that little home town theater. We will definitely be back!

We saw The Heartlight Show-The Best of Neil Diamond performed by Jack Wright. A superb show - Mr Wright does a great performance of Diamond's songs. Also gives a lot of very interesting information about the songs. Excellent show.

I did not travel here as I live in the town but is probably the best highlight to the town. there is a lot of talent coming in that place and the plays are amazing.
