Memorial Auditorium is an absolute treasure for our smaller town! Local events, such as the high school play & musical, the Worthington Area Symphony Orchestra, and dance studio performances are held here annually/biannually. But it's the seasonal performances brought in that are perhaps most valued. Every year there is a variety of performances available from comedy shows to musical performances. There is truly something for everyone and all in a more intimate setting that you don't have to drive to Sioux Falls or the Twin Cities to enjoy! The prices are very reasonable and the recent updates (such as a concession stand and new seating) are notable enhancements. The Auditorium even stepped up and began showing movies a few years ago when we lost our movie theater (now during Christmas break only?). It is also available to rent for private events, making it a wonderful asset to our community. Tammy Makram (Managing Director) is very personable and you can tell she obviously enjoys what she does.
