So glad we decided to stop in here. Brandenburg’s photography is awe inspiring. My husband and I are nature photographers as well and our visit to this gallery has inspired us to take a little more time on our travels back to Texas. We are falling in love with Luverne!

This museum was supposed to be a brief stop, but it was so interesting that we were there a lot longer than planned. Well worth the time!

Visited the Jim Brandenburg Gallery and Touch the Sky Prairie this weekend. Two gems everyone should take the time to see!

We stopped by out of curiosity, were we glad we did! The pictures were amazing, I particularly enjoyed the video of the artist and his approach to his work. Very enjoyable.

This gallery has photos that Luverne's native son Brandenburg has taken over his 30+ year career. Many beautiful photos of wildlife and nature. All of the framed photos on display are available for purchase but are very pricey. You can easily spend a couple hours here looking at the photos and perusing the binders of photos and articles about his work in the little alcove off to the side. The military museum is in the same building and is very well done. One of one best I've seen which is particularly impressive considering the size of the city.
