Reviews
tripadvisorCentrally located and offers something for almost everyone. If your reason to visit is to play a sport, you will not be disappointed. There are sections of the park dedicated to various sports; swimming, tennis, archery, baseball & more. If your purpose is to simply enjoy the outdoors and maybe enjoy seeing some beautiful plants/trees/flowers - this place is great for exploring for that too. It encourages you to walk, enjoy the flora and fauna found in the park or just sit on one of the picnic tables and listen to the laughters from those enjoying this wonderful gift for the people.
MoreThis expansive park features so many spaces good for: baseball, soccer, basketball, tennis, fitness drills. Lots of parking, except during intramural events.
MoreMy son has swimming practice here weekly and the pool is great. Parking is not a problem. We also like to take our other son for tennis here as there are a lot of courts to choose from. The only bad thing is that someone is feeding the cats regularly so there is a lot of cats roaming around.
MoreThis park has plenty of open space for family gatherings. Baseball fields, tennis courts and Olympic size swimming pool. Runners and joggers as well as walkers utilize it's open spaces. Lots of parking and restrooms throughout the park.
MoreI love coming to this park during the week when there is not a lot of activity. On the weekends it gets really busy with sports. During the week, I can bring my child and dog here and I play ball with my dog and let my child play on the playground. Clean restrooms by the playground. There are two playgrounds with restrooms and one playground without a restroom. Lots of bike/walk path, so if we wanted to take a walk around the baseball fields, there's plenty of walking. There are benches and trash cans along the way. There are also lots of picnic tables in various locations throughout the park. I've come here on a lunch break or two.
