Durant is a cool little city park, a block square, in the heart of Lansing. Lots of green space, benches and a good place to sit for lunch or just to catch some fresh air. I ride my scooter around downtown frequently and find that it's a great place to just sit and watch the birds. Use caution at night, as you would in any larger city/town.

Loved visiting this park when I was attending LCC in the mid to late 1990's. It is a small one block stretch of green between two busy streets. The grounds are beautiful and have always been well maintained. Glad to see that this is still the case.

This is a pretty little green space, one block square. It's nicely kept, flowers are always nice, plenty of benches. Convenient to LCC and downtown businesses.

The arch in this park is a significant monument to the automotive history of Lansing. Its the entrance to a 3 acre park donated to the City of Lansing by William C. Durant that is delightfully landscaped. The fountain no longer exists but the quiet beauty of the flora and fauna remains. The updated playground will captivate the young ones for hours.
