We were visiting KCMO which is know as the city of fountains so wanted to see them. Realized that isn’t possible in February as this is seasonal April - Oct but …. A little searching helped us find this city park with the only fountain built to sustain winter weather!!! Saw the fountain and ice!!! Smaller city park, has a walking path.
