Beautiful beach, not crowded at all. Very breezy and that made it cold, some cool shells, but small broke shells for the most part. But it is early. Very relaxing, nice for the pups to run!!!

Such a beautiful place to visit! A must see with the orange sand and really cool rocks. A good amount of parking here but also a lot of people on the Friday we visited. Dog friendly just follow leash laws. Would be a great area to bring kids too!

This was a quiet and scenic beach with a nice bathroom/shower which is always a good find. I am very surprised that there is no mention of the rock formations for swimmers who won't see them when the tide is in. My hubby and I went in for a dip and he stepped on a rock to get out of the water, while I got tangled up in several rocks and couldn't get my footing because of them. I was thankful my hubby was with me in the water to help pull me up the the small hill that led us into the rocky formations. I did end up with a cut and bruised foot and was thankful it wan't worse than that. It makes sense for there to be a sign or even a picture of what the beach looks like when it's high tide for travelers who aren't familiar with the beach to avoid possible injury from the hidden rock formations.

A nice beach to walk, although the coquina rocks keep it from being a good swimming beach. At the moment the beach access it limited to walking the sand dunes, as hurricane Nicole took away the last section of the steps.

This beach is perfect for our family - 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 beach dog. It is wide enough to walk your pup and keep your distance even during high tide. The sand is clean and the waves are perfect for boogie boarding. They have an entrance ramp from the paved parking lot which also leads to a sand wash off station and a brick and mortar bathroom with proper stalls and sink. Everyone there is friendly and a great way to experience the Atlantic with a family. We have never seen more than a handful of beach goers on a single day and we have gone every single day of our vacation. HIGHLY recommend it!!
