Played some great games of boules at Miller Park Petanque Courts. Great folks from Carolina Petanque taught us how to play. I highly recommend dropping by on Sundays from 1 to 4 pm and trying the sport out. It's similar to bocce. They supplied all the equipment and everyone gets to play.

Quite a nice park with trails, covered picnic facilities and a large horse shoe area. Clean bathrooms. In the middle of the coveted Ardmore neighborhood. Ten minutes from downtown.

It is fortunate that Miller Park is old because they staked out the land before everything was built up around it. Nice for walks, bocce, tennis and events at the community center. E
