This beach was about 3 hours from our hotel but I wanted to look for shells. The parking was easy. I walked the beach and found some good shells. The water was dirty with seaweed but it was not crowded.

We walked quite a ways to get down to beach and did enjoy watching the multitude of surfers. However, the beach is full of boulders and not a good one for walking along shoreline.

This was one of my favourite beaches on our trip from LA to San Fran. Parking was easy, the beach was wide with lovely soft sand, and the waves were fun to splash in. Loved our day on Rincon Beach!

127 RV camping spots along the Rincon. Very beautiful and relaxing, if you can get a spot! They take no reservations, so we often park early in the week to secure a spot. Yes, that means paying extra, but well worth it.
