yelpI went to the Walmart on Rimrock and Jewel gave me a fantastic perm at a fair price. My perm was exactly what I wanted! I had not been there before and I was so impressed with the professionalism...
Moredo not fall scam to purchasing products from this place. they offer discounts on inflated priced items, (prices that are not posted). and if you want to return they refuse to give you credit back...
Morewent in with straight hair to get a perm, wanted 2 1/2 hours and left with straight hair. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money.
