MoreAfter careful research looking for easy transport with less stress than trying buses came across Charley’s taxis. Sent a message on their email with a list of requirements of booking times and dates and was promptly emailed back by Eugene with all bookings confirmed with fixed rates better option for us cost wise as a family rather than the stress of public transport.Taxis were either on time or early with really nice pleasant drivers each time.all cars were clean and in excellent condition.Highly recommend

MoreCalled 800# the day before my arrival and provided my expected arrival time at HNL. Dispatcher told me just to call once I retrieved my bags. I received a text nearly immediately confirming my Flat Rate booking. Upon retrieving my bags, I called Dispatcher who recognized my phone, asked if I had my bags, yes: Driver# xxx will be there in 2 minutes. Nearly 2 minutes later, driver pulled right up, loaded, and enroute to hotel! Was Flat Rate worth it? Due to heavy traffic (5pm) meter read approx. $59usd.Flat Rate only $38....Perfect! Our return trip from hotel to airport again, was completely flawless! Called day prior to leaving, gave dispatcher requested pick up time, driver showed up 10 minutes early. Perfect return trip to airport. (traffic on highway H-1 was heavy and a bit delayed due to disabled in right lane). No worries: Flat Rate of $38 proved its worth again! Note: you may install their app on your phone if you prefer.
MoreWe had to call dispatch 3 times for updates and each time they stated driver was close…20 mins go by and no taxi, called again, same thing. We waited what is now going on 60 minutes for a taxi, driver finally said he’s at the airport and will be 20 more minutes!!
