Hi my name is Ralph and I have been in the business for 25 years doing residential inspections for my clients purchasing a new home. I have performed around 10,000 inspections over the years. I offer a complete building inspection with a very detailed report which includes multiple pictures of all aspects of the inspection. I also offer wood destroying insect inspections and radon testing. Turn around time is normally one day for report. Prices very depending on the type of building being inspected. I perform all inspections personally with attention to detail.
