Exceptional service from booking through drop-off. 1776 Black Car Service exceeded our expectations in every way.We arranged transportation for my 77-year-old mother, who was traveling alone, and they could not have taken better care of her. Her driver even greeted her with flowers! When her plane was delayed on the tarmac for 45 minutes after landing, the driver stayed in constant communication with her, which gave all of us tremendous peace of mind. The customer service was outstanding as well. Lee, who handled our booking, personally called us to let us know that she had been safely dropped off at her hotel.Every detail was handled with professionalism, kindness, and exceptional attention to service. They went above and beyond from beginning to end. I would highly recommend 1776 Black Car Service, especially for anyone arranging transportation for a family member traveling alone. Truly exceptional!

From the moment I called , their professionalism was top notch. Very early morning flt at CLT and they were on time (early) , helpful and professional. They were there on our return ( 6 family members and a baby plus luggage) and met our weary selves with a smile. 5 star service! Highly recommend!
