Criticism of blocking and staging: I've seen several very good shows here. The last one prior to legally blonde that I saw, we sat on house right and the actors had their backs and sides to us the entire time. They have a unique almost 360 angle but they tend to stage and block the shows only for the seats in the very middle section. At least block *parts* of scenes so the people sitting on the sides don't have only actors' backs and sides to look at the whole scene. It takes the audience out of the immersion experience. I won't go to any more shows unless I get seats right in the middle. Even the people next to me were remarking how they couldn't see the bedroom set of legally blonde. I don't know why they decided to put it far off to house left. Yeah, it wasn't used extensively but there was one scene where Emmett looks through props in that bedroom set and had his back to house left the entire scene. None of us could see what he was referring to for the whole scene. If it were just one show, maybe one could chalk it up to an inexperienced director but it's consistently like this. Disappointing. Theater 101.

This rates as a First Class performance that is a MUST for local Theater lovers. No reason to travel to NYC when the entire show was a Broadway Classic. The Valley stands tall with our performers who have talent above and beyond the norm If you enjoy musicals then this is a must! Congratulations to all for a fantastic show

It was ok and par for a small playhouse, though voted for the best playhouse in the area. Most of the seats were good, as they are arranged circularly facing the stage. Handicapped entrance was not as convenient as it should be, but available and thankful for it. Tickets were reasonable and no internet fee or processing fee if purchased on-line. I recommend this playhouse and would return for shows I may like.

This a great venue. The seats are stadium style, so even short folks like me can see from other than the front row. White Christmas was wonderful. The cast was terrific. Susie is a scene stealer. And, the salute to the veterans in the audience was tremendous. Asking the audience to sing along to White Christmas was a great idea.

We went to see White Christmas at the playhouse. It was a fun, lively performance. It's amazing to see how much talent can fit on one small stage at one time. The lead performances were all good. The chorus/dancers were great. They didn't miss a step. The audience was very appreciative throughout the two acts. So happy to get this quality at a local theater. Keep up the good work!
