When we were staying at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo, one of the cool little stores that we found to explore was Sweetly Southern, which is not a restaurant, but an eclectic gift shop. It is located just at the beginning of the platform when you come through the lobby (terminal) building. There is plenty of parking available, if you are not staying at the Choo-Choo. If you are, it is only a short walk from the rooms. Though they do have some packaged foods, like Moon Pies and BBQ sauces, this is a gift shop and there are some really fun items. Moving through the store, which reminded me of stores in China with maze-like rooms, each room has something different. Some of it is Southern memorabilia, then there is blown glass which was very cool, clothes - including pink cowboy hats for little girls and a whole lot more. The staff was very helpful and informative. The prices may be slightly higher, but the souvenirs and gifts are very good quality.
