Had nothing to say when asked a simple question about why the driver was so rude. Also didn't really care about the customer. They were more worried about the money. I wouldn't recommend this...

Terrible customer service at the main office. Rude and disrespectful. Limo had no air conditioning. They refused to refund a fair amount of the entire trip.
