We loved this place. Fell on it because we needed a reasonable place to stay on a Friday night in Boulder. We got to park near our room, sit outside and watch people go by! Room was very clean and nice shower. Staff were super friendly. Location is close to so many things downtown. They also have a pool that I didn’t find out till we were checking out. Next time, I will for sure use that! Great sleep!

Key cards did not work- had to go get new ones. Front office smelled heavily of stale cigarettes. Heater unit rattled and was VERY loud. No heat in bathroom! Floor was freezing. Hot water never got past lukewarm- couldn’t shower. Sheet on bed too small- couldn’t pull it ip past mid chest- looked liked it was put on sideways.( who would do that?). Noisy with traffic and loud heater. Rough night. Will stay somewhere else next time.

I recently stayed at the Boulder University Inn for two nights and was impressed. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, greeting me with genuine warmth and helpfulness from when I arrived. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The rate was very competitive, offering excellent value for money without any hidden fees or surprises.

I want to thank SEBASTIAN, the gentleman at the front desk of this motel, for his extreme kindness and professional behavior. He really takes his job seriously and treats the customers with great care. He made a real difference for me. I stayed four nights to attend an important meeting in Boulder. The location of the motel is very good.

I don't understand how this motel got more than one star. One of the worst experiences I ever had. Dirty carpet, tiny room, uncomfortable beds, and the most noisy street. We left the motel in the middle of the night because it was impossible sleeping there. Some sketchy people walking around the motel. Don't waste your time and money!
