Booked a shuttle from MCO to Port. It was the cheapest I found online at $19.99pp. I was a little skeptical since the price was so low, however the whole experience was seemless. We received a text a day before our scheduled pickups that included our drivers name and phone. Once we arrived at MCO, we received another text that our driver had arrived at MCO. We called their dispatch 30 mins before scheduled pickup and we were provided a space number to go to on level-1. I still can't believe I paid less for the 2 of us than what disney shuttle charges for 1 person. Bus that picked us up was a luxury tour bus and was not some old beat up buses we have been on before. Overall excellent value, great customer service. Everytime I called their office someone actually answered the phone. I highly recommend this service. Their is a saying cheaper is not always better but in this case it really is...

Happy Limo really was a happy experience.I booked it as a surprise for our girls (11 and 9) as a transfer from MCO to our apartment near SeaWorld.I was a wonderful experience. Communication was exceptional and we knew exactly who we were meeting, where to meet him and what time.The car was incredible! Stretched Hummer. High quality.We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

I had booked a return journey back in December 2025. While I was on the cruise (and my phone turned off), they canceled our scheduled 9am reservation and pushed it back to 10am. I only found out about the change when we got back into port. The reason given was simply No availability. I had originally picked the 9am slot so that we have plenty of time to get to the Orlando airport which is about an hour away. To cancel/re-schedule a reservation at the last minute after being charged is ridiculous. When we disembarked, I called the office to try and understand why the reservation was re-scheduled. When I asked the gentleman on the other end of the line to please repeat what he had said (it was quite noisy at the port), he gave me the loudest sigh ever, and then proceeded to take a condescending tone the rest of the call. Next, the driver didn't even show up on time. He was about 30 minutes late. He'd send me updates, but when I asked for an ETA, he said he can't give me one. When I talked to him on the phone, and told him we're going to be late, he tells me I should get a private shuttle if I'm worried about being late. Then he hangs up on me. When he finally did show up, he had my name and reservation completely wrong. He then tells me it's my fault and that I probably didn't make the reservation correctly. Then when he finally gets close to the airport, he stops at a gate, and doesn't move forward ...seemingly not sure what to do. We all sat there wondering what's going on. After about 10 minutes, he proceeds to go ahead and park. I'm guessing it was the guy's first day on the job.It's too bad my return trip experience was such a nightmare. The ride from the airport was great. The driver, Mohammed, was so courteous and friendly. Bottom line - Can't really recommend a company that shows such dreadful customer service and poor planning, and will re-schedule a paid reservation at the last minute.

We had an excellent experience with Happy Limo, picking up our group of 8 plus luggage to go from the Signia Hilton Bonnet Creek to Port Canaveral. We were informed at every step of the way-who our driver was, his contact number, etc.Our driver, Mateos, was delightful, and prompt. The van was spacious and clean.We would not hesitate to use Happy Limo again, and to recommend them without reservation!!

Fantastic service. On time and courteous. George, our driver was friendly and funny. We had a great ride from the airport to Animal Kingdom Lodge. We will definitely use them again.
