We use Classic Charter 2-3 times a year for our exchange student meetings. They are always so easy to work with and flexible when needed!

These Buses and Vehicles look good and are well maintained. Their drivers are well mannered and skilled.

I contacted Classic Charter back in April to request a quote for transportation to LAX for a family trip out of the country. I received a quote of $198.25 for their services. I then confirmed with Classic Charter and they sent me a contract for both transportation to and from LAX. I signed and returned the contract along with my deposit for the transfer services to Classic Charter. Then on June 1, 2019, I mailed a check for the balance I owed on the trip. Today, June 25, 2019, six days prior to leaving the country, I received a call from Classic Charter to confirm our itinerary and inform me that they quoted me the wrong price for the trip. The price I had agreed to was for the Fresno Airport not LAX and they wanted me to pay the difference which was quite large or cancel. I explained to them that due to signing the contract with them and paying off the service in full, I had cancelled hotel accommodations that we had made originally in LA. The employee apologized, but was unwilling to work with me and stated, “we have to pay the driver”. Again, this is all understandable, but I entered into a contract in good faith and it seems to me that Classic Charter should make this right. After searching for a hotel and parking near LAX, I called Classic Charter back to let them know we didn’t need their services. I stated that I would like my money refunded quickly and was told it usually takes 10-14 days. I stated to them that since it was their mistake, I’m sure they could figure out how to refund my money quickly. All in all, Classic Charter was a huge disappointment and added unnecessary stress to the start of our vacation. I’m hoping they can resolve this situation appropriately.

worst experience ever today with this company. the manager was very rude saying it was my fault for not getting them the itinerary sooner.. i received a quote 2 weeks ago and reserved my charter bus. today i get call saying they cannot accommodate my trip and that i did not provide them with my itinerary details. yes i did. twice to the lady the picked up the phone and created my quote for me... now they are telling me this crap when my trip is a week away only... telling me they would have to charge me more if they can find the driver. bull crap..... never do business with this company... so much for my $4300 business.

We have used Classic Charter several times to take us to the Fresno Airport and to the Hanford train depot for vacations. They are always on time for pick up and drop offs, cars are clean, drivers are friendly and professional. Will totally use them for our next trip.
