The boat trip was better than expected! The female captain was very funny and gave lots of interesting information about the fauna and flora. We saw lots of birds and alligators. Would definitely book the tour again!

This was our fourth visit to the boat tour at Blue Springs. Each one has been wonderful with the exception of this one. Issues at the ticket book got the ball rolling. Our captain was alittle on the non experience side. We tried to overlook the loud narrative, However when given the fact we already know what’s out there and are familiar with your tour. We found this one was between a Disney jungle cruise and a DJ at a strip club. My husband and I were a bit embarrassed due to the fact we brought some friends and their kids along. We told them all about Captain Bob. Who unfortunately had the day off we were told. Then this happened. Woman captain I believe the name was Jenna. What broke the camels back were two things. The loud flirting conversation she was having with a passenger on board. My friend asked how many alligators she had seen in one day on a tour? Captains reply was.,,,, enough to shoot and kill quite a few to get the population down. My eight year old daughter started crying. If you use this tour again. I will call to make sure this is not the one to take us out. We are for sure not rushing back anytime soon.

My family and I took a boat tour with Captain Bob. Excellent tour and experience. Captain Bob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will recommend this trip and have them ride with Captain Bob. The park is beautiful.

What an enjoyable adventure. Our captain (female I never got her name) was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable, informative & funny. Perfect way to enjoy the wonders of the St John River.
