Love this place! In this hectic world we live in, I find this spa very relaxing from the greeting to the end, everyone is beautiful here! So nice & made me feel welcomed!

Do not waste your time or money. Management is condescending and they don't care if there is a customer with a bad experience. Facial was just someone washing your face. No massage or anything relaxing. In fact, they'll clean the bowls right behind you! No suggestions for my skin were made and no communication of what was even being used. I had intended on purchasing some product but instead left upset. I have gone to places that had a less appealing outside but the experience was amazing. This place only looks nice on the outside. Go ANYWHERE else.

The staff at Balensi Spa goes above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you feel valued and cared for. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority.

The spa packages at Balensi Spa are divine. They cater to various needs, combining the best services for a truly indulgent experience. It's a great way to treat yourself or someone special.

I like coming here after a long week or series of tough physical or mental events in my life. The staff treats me well and I can wait in the sauna before my appointment
