We booked the hotel for one night only due to the close location to the State Farm arena...other than this great location the hotel has not much to offer: The rooms are small and the AC unbelievable noisy. The breakfast is not more than average.
MoreUnfortunately because we didn’t book our hotel through them, it was hard for me to leave a review on the site. But I will definitely do that next time. Our stay was wonderful! Clean rooms, very kind and friendly staff, we had no problems during dragon con weekend! Raven was one of the kindest people there. She upgraded our room to a two bed, and considering it was a very busy weekend, she was an absolute gem about it. This made it so that we could all sleep on beds, which if you know convention culture is a big deal after walking through lines and vendor halls! Definitely would recommend again!
MoreWe chose this hotel for its proximity to Mercedes Stadium. With so many festivities and visitors in town for the games, we didn't want to get stuck in traffic. I booked 2 rooms, and they gave us connecting rooms. The hotel and room were clean and inviting. The lobby was decorated to welcome World Cup fans. It was the perfect location for getting to the stadium and nearby attractions. Several nearby dining options are within walking distance.
MoreI would recommend booking directly thru Marriott rather than TripAdvisor as apparently they had overbooked the hotel. They tried to transfer me to the Courtyard down the street which completely had traffic jammed for guest trying to check in and park. I had already valeted my car at the AC. Thankfully one of the front desk employees was able to find a room for me. Room was nice, bartenders were great and within walking distance to the stadium. I tried to complain to TripAdvisor directly but I could not find an option on the App to communicate with TripAdvisor directly.
MoreI had a great stay at AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown during a quick concert trip to Atlanta. I received a room upgrade, and the room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The separate living area gave us plenty of space, and the bedroom and bathroom were both comfortable and well maintained.One of the best parts of the hotel was the location. We were able to walk to the arena, which made it very convenient for attending the concert without worrying about parking or transportation afterward. The hotel was also close to other downtown attractions.I would definitely consider staying here again during my next trip to Atlanta, especially for a concert or downtown event!
