Location-Easy access, right off the freeway. Clise to stores, restaurants & more. Clean,cute/quaint pool area & excellent/helpful/friendlt staff member Suzy. She is the best! Weird that the toilet paper holder is close to the floor, you can barely reach it while sitting on the toilet, haha! Sad that ice machine on ground floor doesnt work, vending machines don't work & jacuzzi has been drained, w/no signs of it get repaired anytime soon: ( Other than that, this is a quaint little place : )

Location has no hot water..I wasnt told that at check in.i went to the front desk and told the clerk about the hot water situation. She said wait 20 minutes. The water should get hot.that didnt work.i went back to the front desk.same request.still no hot water.i wouldn't recommend this place.i was told this is a regular a regular occurrence. Stay away

This was the worst motel I stayed in on my 26 day trip, it is really a TRUCK STOP Motel not a holiday stop motel, it is in the middle of an industrial area.The receptionist is behind a wall of glass, the first thing she asks is it I have a truck and trailer or just the truck, she was not helpful.The room was very basic and full of cheep stained furniture, electrical wires were hanging down from the ceiling, an metal floor strip between bathroom and bed area was so loose that it could cut your foot open.The bed sheets were crumpled and the pillow cases were badly stained.The microwave was so badly stained.The nice swimming pool in the photo is a mess.Another bad problem were the trains on the other side of the road, I ended up timing the length of each passing as it overpowered the TV and rattled the room each train took between 2.5 minutes and the longest was 6.minutes of continuous noise 24 hours.There were no shops anywhere near this motel.I could go on but that would take a long time.If you are not a big Truck and trailer driver stay well clear of this area.

Very unhappy with the staff at this hotel. Besides the place being a dump. The guy working behind the desk needs to get a life. My wife and I tell them we have a service dog when we checked in. They asked my wife 2 more times is this service dog and me once. When I go to check out the guy asked again and as a service connected disabled veteran I was very offended. You want proof when I check in that's fine then you make a note for any other employees. I'm sure badgering someone about there disability could wind up in legal action.

Roadway Inn is a great place to stay, large rooms with plenty of space. The front desk is very nice. My issues are with housekeeping services, they were inconsistent and sometimes even rude. I asked for towels and service, and never got help.
