Excellent place to stay. In the middle of so many options for shopping and eating out. Hotel very well maintained and great personal.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Atlanta Buckhead on the Nights of October 4th and 5th 2026 with Road Scholar. Our experience was not good. 1. We requested a handicapped accessible room as we did not want a bathtub, but a shower with grab bars and we needed a comfort height toilet with grab bars. We were told that such a room with two queen beds was not available. We were two senior women traveling together and this would not have worked. It was suggested that one of us sleep on the pull out sofa....REALLL? 2. Upon arrival we were given the keys to an alternative room. It had two queen bed and a bathroom with a bath tub. The bath tub had one small grab bag poorly placed to enter the tub. That was it! Additionally the seating area had a couch which was badly stained. I tried to reverse the cushions but the opposite sides were stained too. I went back to the desk and asked for another room. We were given one. That room also had a stain on the couch. I flipped the cushion and gave up. The room only had one luggage rack and they were hard pressed to find another one. This property is simply worn out! Worn out! It needs a total redo......and not having adequate Handicapped accessible rooms for Seniors or anyone with two double or queen beds is inexcusable. It also seems understaffed.

Beautiful and the location was perfect. I cpuld get everywhere within 15 even with the crazy Atl traffic. I will be returning

We had a great time staying at the Hyatt Place in Buckhead. It is very close to everything and the staff was amazing. We'll be back.

The hotel is in a location where you can literally walk to a number of restaurants or grocery stores. All areas of the hotel was very clean. The breakfast offerings accommodate all dietary needs. When I alerted the front desk of a very small problem that we had in the room, the attendant was very polite and professional.
