tripadvisorVery disappointing stay. Would not stay here again. Under staffed. Customers fist fighting in property and verbally threatening employees but still allowed to stay. Employees generally don’t seem to care about customers. Lots of broken things in room and on property. People in room below us smoking pot the whole time. No refills on towels, tp, etc even with a long stay. Terrible.
MoreThis is a great hotel with many amazing workers. Gina is wonderful! The breakfast has sausage, eggs and waffles. To name a few items. Housekeepers are pleasant. It’s been wonderful.
MoreRoom was mostly clean except for the long black hairs on top of my bed spread, bathroom floor has paint spatters on it, bathroom cabinet has smeared paint down the sides. Bathroom ceiling has a water leak stain on it and looks that it might have mold starting. Hallway carpet could stand a cleaning. Breakfast was not up to par as other Confort Inns. No sausage or bacon provided to go with eggs. Will say that the front desk personnel were very friendly. The night desk staff were very helpful when it came to helping with the continuing noise from the room above us. Maybe kids constantly running and jumping making it impossible to sleep.
MoreWe were traveling the day the computers crashed and stayed at Comfort Inn. It is an okay hotel. In our room the shower was handicapped accessible but they did a poor construction job and water from the shower flowed into the bathroom. I would not recommend staying here.
MoreInteresting room layout. When we entered, the room was dark. There was a light switch by the door that turned on a light at the door. As we entered the room, there was a separate bedroom and the bathroom on the other side of the bedroom. NO light switch to turn on the lights in the bedroom before entering. As it was dark, it was very uncomfortable entering not being able to see and obstacle. VERY POOR design of the lighting systems in the room.On the positive side, the room was large and clean. Quiet as we didn't hear any noise from outside. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The staff were great.
