tripadvisorI didn’t go there, rather I placed an order from them. It was incorrect, and there’s no way to speak with anyone to remedy. Tickets get filed with assurances you’ll hear back and never do, live chat is clearly not with an actual person and when AI can’t assist, it provides yet another ticket number that will never be responded to. So now I’m left with customized Funko Pops that were not made as ordered. Customers should easily connect with companies. If that’s not available, there is a problem.
MoreCool place to go if you're into Funko Pops, or even if you aren't! There are hundreds to choose from, even ones that haven't been officially released yet. The theming is also pretty fun.
MoreI'm not a Funko fan, but I always enjoy an HQ. I stopped in for a short visit to see what this HQ was about. I thought this was a really cool store with some fun scenes like Godzilla or the Batmobile. There's a large variety of Funkos separated roughly into themed categories with sets that fit the theme. The store is gigantic, but it has enough for a 30-45 minute visit. I don't know anything about these, so I couldn't tell you if the collection is anything special or not. Whether you are into these or not, however, you'll still enjoy the atmosphere. I'd recommend a short detour to check this out but it's not a must see.
MoreIf you come to the HQ store expecting to find the rare finds, chase, or anything along that line, give it up. There are locals (stores selling Funko) down the street. You don't think they would beat you to any rare finds? Yea. Sure, you can come and be wowed by the amount of Funko Pops because ALL the retail stores have reduced their shelf space for Funko Pop because they aren't selling as much as they used to. You can argue that some are sold out right away and what not. But the fact remains true and businesses aren't giving shelf space for items that aren't selling for items that are. Give it up. During my visit, I haven't found ANY sold out Pops or Loungefly that you can't find anywhere else. As a matter of fact, you may as well order online because you DO NOT collect loyalty points by buying in the store. I can tell you why Funko is failing as a business in many ways. But this isn't the platform for it.
MoreThere is a parking garage across the street from the HQ. They have Pops, Loungefly, as well as the option to Pop yourself (so cool!). If you want to Pop yourself, go to the kiosks on the left side of the room, and after turning in your receipt it takes about 15 minutes for the Pop to be created.
