Fun store to visit and explore for a bit. In the lively town of Fairhaven. Lots of great book options and gifts. The building is charming and right by a town square where you could relax and enjoy your new book.

When traveling, we always try to visit local independent bookstores. This one, located in a historic district, offers three floors of good browsing, community events, a gift shop and a cafe. We had a great time.

Dog friendly bookstore. Three floors of books operated by a friendly staff. Good variety of books and magazines. Dog treats at the check out counter!

Charming bookstore, cafe, and shop. Set in a historic three story brick building, you want to browse peacefully among the books on each floor. Be sure to go up to the cafe — the homemade baked goods are absolutely gourmet. Village Books is a gem.
